Main Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for the Academy’s efforts in building a safe and secure academy, workplace safety, and the comprehensive governance of public security.

1.Responsible for organizing and implementing work safety, comprehensive governance of public security, and militia affairs across the Academy, and for promoting the development of a “Safe Unit.”

2.Responsible for organizing the development of a mass prevention and mass governance system, and for carrying out legal publicity and education.

3.Responsible for cooperating with public security organs and state security departments in handling various incidents and potential risks affecting safety and stability within the Academy.

4.Responsible for organizing and implementing work safety and comprehensive governance at the Academy headquarters.
