Vice Minister of Agriculture His Excellency Mr. Qu Dongyu visited CATAS-RRI on March 27 in company with CATAS President Prof. Wang Qinghuang and Chairman of Board of Directors Mr. Li Shanglan. The Vice Minister was briefed by CATAS-RRI director Prof. Huang Huasun about the recent development and future plan of CATAS-RRI, and he spoke highly of CATAS-RRI in technical contribution to the natural rubber industry in China and emphasized that CATAS-RRI should continue its capability building in technology innovation to high technical support to natural rubber industry in competition over other agricultural industries in China or the world. The vice minister and his entourage visited the poster of CATAS-RRI research results and labs as well.
