From March 6 to 21, 2021,in order to continue to help Sierra Leone to raise food security level, CATAS experts in the fields of rice, agricultural machinery, plant protection and industrial economy went to Sierra Leone to carry out a comprehensive investigation and feasibility study of a agricultural assistant project. They carried out field investigation on the application of agricultural machinery and rice yield increase and other assistance needs proposed by Sierra Leone to China, and carried out a comprehensive investigation on China-Sierra Leone agricultural cooperation planning. They completed a report focusing on improving food production and ensuring food security of Sierra Leone, and putting forward targeted technical solutions and professional suggestions.
