Rubber trees are tapped under stimulated tapping system at the frequency of d/3, d/4, d/5 or d/6. The stimulated tapping systems currently practiced include S/2 d/3-5 + ET; (S/4 + S/4 U) d/3-5 + ET; (S/2, S/2 U) d/3-5 (m, m) + ET; (S/2, S/2) d/3-5 (4m, 4m) + ET. The low frequency tapping system combined with shallow tapping and dressing of fertilizer reduces tapping tree number of a tapper by 33% to 60%, improve tapper' labor productivity by 50% -150%, and save bark by 25% - 52%, while increases the economic life of rubber trees.
