Main Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for Party building, mass organizations, united front work, cultural development, and the building of a harmonious academy across the entire Academy.

1．Responsible for publicizing and implementing the Party's lines, principles and    policies, important thoughts and theories, as well as the resolutions of higher-level Party organizations and the Academy's Party organization.

2．Responsible for organizing the Party building work of the Academy.

3．Responsible for organizing and carrying out cultural development and cultural and ethical progress activities of the Academy.

4．Responsible for leading and supporting the work of mass organizations such as the Academy's labor union, Communist Youth League, and women's organization; assisting the Academy's Party Leadership Group in carrying out united front work; and handling letters and visits from the public.

5．Responsible for organizing and implementing Party building and cultural development work at the Academy headquarters.
