Main Responsibilities

Undertakes the comprehensive management and overall coordination of the Academy’s assets. Responsible for organizing the management of state-owned assets, government procurement, and housing reform across the Academy; responsible for organizing land maintenance and rights protection management. Responsible for asset management at the Academy’s own level.
