中国热带农业科学院研究生导师陈志坚个人简介

一、基本信息

陈志坚，男，1983年8月生，广东英德人，博士，副研究员。华南农业大学农学博士，植物营养学专业，毕业后在华南农业大学从事博士后研究工作。2016年3月进入中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所，兼任海南大学热带农林学院专业硕士研究生导师。参与或主持国家自然科学基金和海南省重点研究计划等国家及省部级项目9项。发表学术论文20多篇，其中在Plant Physiology、New Phytologist、Journal of Experimental Botany、Journal of Proteomics、Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、Proteomics和Plant Physiology and Biochemistry等SCI期刊发表论文11篇。

二、研究方向简介

1、主要从事植物营养学和根系生物学方面研究，利用分子生物学、转录组学、蛋白质组学和代谢组学分析方法，挖掘豆科植物（柱花草和大豆等）重要基因功能，揭示豆科植物适应酸性土壤低磷、铝毒和锰毒的生理和分子机制。

2、建立柱花草高效遗传转化体系、柱花草根系蛋白质组学研究方法和柱花草植物营养学、根系生物学研究体系。

3、收集与评价热带豆科牧草绿肥资源，开展海南特色果园间作绿肥研究与示范，探索间作绿肥及化肥配施对热带果树（椰子和菠萝蜜）生长、土壤肥力和微生物的影响，并开展相应综合技术研究及示范。
